Your avatar in the world of Hispaniola.
At the start of the game, the player chooses their character — a boy or a girl. From that moment on, they explore all 13 worlds of the island of Hispaniola, uncovering archaeological sites, meeting historical figures, and protecting Dominican cultural heritage.
The player moves in top-down or platformer mode depending on the world, interacts with NPCs using the E key, and can open the map with M to travel between nodes.
Three allies that join the player throughout the adventure, each with a unique ability.

Protective spirit with 6 power levels (+4 combat damage)
Granted by Behique Yuisa at the Yucayeque de Maguá. Gains powers by finding botijas (vessels):

A corrupt builder threatening colonial heritage with illegal construction. The player must convince him to stop by presenting arguments about architectural preservation and cultural value. Each dialogue option affects hostility and convincement differently.
An invasive lionfish threatening the marine ecosystem. The player has 4 ecological options: trap it, fish it, protect the coral, or alert divers. The "Controlled:" meter replaces the standard convincement label, reflecting the ecological nature of this encounter.
The main antagonist — an international artifact trafficker caught at Punta Cana Airport. The player uses 4 juridical options: invoke Law 318, present forensic evidence, call INTERPOL, or cite the UNESCO 1970 Convention. The "Evidence:" meter tracks legal progress toward conviction.
